Rice Township Volunteer Fire Department Upcoming Events
Letter Drive
Our annual Letter Drive is scheduled to begin on March 1st 2012. Please keep a eye out for your donation request. Without your continued support we would not be able to upgrade equipment or purchase safer equipment for our volunteers, we count on your donations to help better protect and serve the residents of Rice Township. And as always we Thank You for your continued support!!!


Upcoming for 2012
We have started 2012 off in the right direction, we have upgraded some equipment, added some new equipment, and our members our scheduled for various types of training throughout the year. We will be working to become a credited water rescue team in 2012, we have purchased a new boat and are currently going through the steps to get everyone trained in water rescue. We are also looking into getting personnal trained to run as a RIT team in our mutal aid and surrounding areas. We have come along way the past few years and are always trying to improve and train more. So look to a better and more productive year from the RTVFD and as always we Thank the community for there continued support!!!
